✨ Take a pause from the rush of life and join us in a nurturing space of community and healing. Through guided breathwork, calming meditation, a restorative sound bath and gentle energy healing, you’ll be invited to release stress, reconnect with yourself and restore balance. Together we’ll create a safe, heart-centred circle where you can relax deeply, share in community and leave feeling lighter, grounded and renewed. 📍 Location: Studio Orenda, 11 Comrie Street, Crieff PH74AX ⏰ Time: 7:30 pm- 8:45pm Date: Thursday 2nd April £17 Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets & eye masks are all provided at the studio.
